The formula is great BUT the company’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is THE WORST. Out of a few times ordering only one was delivered within a few days. Others took 3 weeks.
– It is never possible to reach them on the phone
– I left a few voice mails and they never returned calls
– they did not respond to a live chat
– credit card was charged but no email about the placed order and when it will be delivered.
And all of these issues happen every order!

I ordered this on June 27 2017. Today is July 20, 2017, and I still haven’t received it. I tried to contact the company by leaving a message and email, but there was no response. I don’t know if the item was actually shipped and there was not tracking number in their “order completed” email. I want to have a refund.

5 stars for the Hipp stage 2 formula, but 3 stars for the shipping. The can I received was almost damaged in the USPS package since there was no bubble wrapping or any cushion inside the box, wish I could post a picture. Also, the item was shipped a week after I placed the order. I am glad I ordered 2 weeks ahead so I didnt have to run out to buy a new formula. I am hoping this is just a single event because all my experiences till date has been great with BOB. Stage 2 HIPP is perfect and haven’t had any constipation issues for my girl. Please fix the shipping issues!

Great product and my little one hasn’t shown any issues with this formula yet. I love it that both Hipp and Holle are easy to digest for the little one. I just wish the package came in 2 individual bags instead of 1 big box since once opened it is hard to keep it airtight no matter how hard you try. But when compared to the quality of product we get in US, there is nothing to complain about. All good! thanks as always to beyond organic baby for carrying this awesome brand!

Really bad customer service, really bad experience—–I ordered 2 boxes of Germany version of HiPP Bio, which is the only version showing on the website. However, I received 2 boxes of kind-of French version HiPP. I doubted if they were the wrong items and tried to contact the customer service. It never succeeded, always voice recorder. And then I started to have doubt whether they are authentic or not, because there is no any explanation….I won’t buy again from here and I will post my experience in the forum to warn every parent not to buy on this site.

I work long graveyard shifts, my job can be extremely stressful and sometimes the environment is not conducive to being able to pump as often to keep the milk supply up as my little one grows. I did a ton of research because I value the health of my child and want what’s best for him if I have to supplement with a formula. I finally came across this website and the HIPP formula; it is life sustaining to say the least. I am relieved to have found a fantastic formula that helps my baby grow big and strong. I highly recommend this to every mother especially new mothers. YOU are enough and it is okay to supplement for your baby! I had to learn that myself. It is okay and this is the best formula choice you can make! It’s also great if your little one is sensitive to becoming constipated.

I have always struggled with low milk supply, so I had to supplement my baby since he was born. I used the formula they gave me at the hospital (Similac Advance) and he soon developed a diarrhea so bad that we ended back at the hospital when he was just 6 weeks old. Hospitalized for 1 day, the doctor changed him to a hypoallergenic formula (Similac Alimentum), which was the supplement we used until he was 6 months old. I wanted to change him to a formula that was not as “chemical” and syntethic as that one but was really worried to change him, since he was supposed to be allergic to cow’s milk protein. We changed him to Hipp Bio Combiotik gradually and he adjusted perfectly!!! We are so happy he is now drinking an organic formula without all the added sugar and bad stuff the other one had. He loves the milk, no gas, no diarrhea nor constipation, he is doing wonderful on this milk! BTW the one I received was (The canister) from France, but also made in Germany.

I really like this formula. It seems to be digested more like breastmilk compared to formula available in Canada and is easier on my baby’s tummy.
In the past I ordered the formula from the U.K. But it took a long time to get it. I was happy to find Beyond Organic and got my first order very fast. Unfortunately I found an unknown particle in the formula. It was small and brown, it was hard to tell if it was an insect. I sent an email with pictures to Beyond Organic and have yet to hear anything. I’m very disappointed in their client service. I won’t be ordering from this site anymore.
The formula from Beyond Organic is made in Germany for a French market. I’ll be going back to ordering the the U.K., the country where Hipp is based. I feel like I can only trust the original makers of the formula.

I was very happy to find a formula that was soy free . It dissolves easily and doesn’t smell bad . The only thing that I don’t like is that the scoop is way to long so you can’t just put it back in the can .

I was so hesitant to introduce formula to my 4 month old. I did a lot of research and eventually chose HiPP. We love it so much! My daughter is now 6 months and squeals with joy when she sees her bottle coming. We slowly transitioned from breastmilk onto this formula without any issues at all. No gas, minimal spit ups, similar bowel movements. Highly recommend!!

My daughter did great transitioning to this formula..no tummy issues, very minimal spit up, and seems to really like the taste. Exclusively breastfed baby and I was overwhelmed (and disappointed) with the formula options in the states. LO had a rough start when we started to add oatmeal and rice cereal at 6 months – violently throwing up after every feeding – so naturally I was scrutinizing every ingredient label. Plus, I am a Registered Dietitian so reading labels and researching ingredients is my job…and my passion. Thankfully a friend told me about this site and I found a formula that I approved of. Just to test it out, the first bottle I did half breastmilk and half formula and he drank it right down. The next day he got a bottle of just formula and had no problems. No gas, no vomit, no other GI issues. He’s still not used to the recommended 7oz serving but this is just being used to supplement breastmilk so I’m not concerned about the portion. overall great formula and I will be using and recommending to others.

Very happy — We recently moved from Europe to the US and were disappointed to see that baby formula in the US is not as strictly regulated as it is in Europe. We’ve ordered Hipp formula from BeyondOrganic for our daughter and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the formula itself. It is even slightly cheaper than Earth’s Best formula that sells in stores.

I really wish they would sell this formula in the USA it is the best and so hard to get, thankfully this site makes it easy. The formula itself is wonderful, I used it with my first and now my second and both have had seamless transitions from breast milk to this formula. I did a whole lot of research on what goes into formula and this has the least amount of sketchy products. I was ordering the British hipp from amazon.ca and this packaging is different it comes in a can rather then the box. However, the box is 800g and the can is 900g so there is more formula in this one. The shipping is rather fast I received it within 1 week after buying, which I’m so glad I did because the one from Europe has still not arrived and I was scared that I would run out for a while. When the box came it was open and my cans of formula were dented and being that it was the first time that I was ordering from this site I was a little apprehensive to do it again. Be when looking at other formula sites most sell either a 800g or 600g formula for the same price.

The is the second best thing you can give your baby since breast milk. My son took it right away, and had no tummy issues like he did with even organic American kind. The poo is even similar to a breastfed baby. Can’t wait for him to start on stage 3. This website makes it easy to order, because it had already passed all customs. We love this formula and our baby as well. This European formula is the best that we can get in a country that does not make good quality and adds unnecessary elements to the baby formula as sugar (maybe to get the habit for the soda later)

Being half German and seeing my sister and sister-in-law in Germany using Hipp products for their babies made choosing this formula once I needed to supplement breastfeeding a no-brainer. The European formula market seems to be more strictly regulated and I feel good about giving my son Hipp. He likes the formula and did not have any trouble adjusting to it (no tummy issues!).

My baby was exclusively breastfed for 6.5 months. I wanted to give him the best formula out there. After my research I learnd that even organic formulas in the states are not that good. In USA the restrictions are not followed. (they put soo much of harmful ingredients). And then I have read the article that recommended European formula because they actually follow the organic organizations guidance and restrictions. This formula doesn’t smell bad and my baby didn’t even noticed the difference. I highly recommend Hipp formula.

If you are looking for the best for your baby, You are already in this site and buying this formula. It is organic. There is more casein in Stage 1 (a milk protein) , it makes it easier to dissolve in water, and I assume also slightly easier to digest for newborns. Stage 2 (canister) is more of a thicker consistency in the bottle because of the extra whey protein and it is recommended starting from 6 months.

We love this formula. It is healthy and it actually tastes good! I would never feed my baby anything else. Bowel movements are regular and very minimal spitups. Baby loves it too! I recommend it! 🙂
